♠ The Ace of Spades sat regally on one of the long black leather couches, surrounded on either side by about half a dozen women. He seemed a bit more relaxed in the bright red lights, content to ignore the not-so-subtle propositions made by the ladies. ♠
♠ "I'm a bit hungry now." ♠ ♠ He mused, pulling a black deck of cards out of his jacket pocket. He was dressed in his usual formal wear, his Victorian suit straight and deeply black. His long top hat covered his mess of black hair, while his gloved hands busied themselves shuffling the cards. He was humming, through the steady drone of music and 'other' sounds in the crimson lighted building made it unnecessary. ♠
♠ A few of the girls were undaunted by his indifference, though one had a slighted look about her face. Her frustration was made obvious when she blatantly stated what he could eat, and the Hatta had to clasp his teeth into an insane grin in order to keep himself from laughing. ♠
♠ He turned toward her, leaning his chin on his white gloved knuckles. He was smirking at her, with a thinly veiled expression of amusement. ♠
♠ "Sorry, love, I only like sweet things." ♠ ♠ She had a stricken look across her face, and she got up suddenly to find someone else to entertain. The Ace looked after her, his eyes wide. The other girls had begun to giggle, but he seemed a bit put out. ♠
♠ "What was she so upset at?" ♠ ♠ He mused aloud, lighting a cigarette and blowing gray smoke up to the dirty ceiling. The remaining girls jut giggled louder. ♠

Taron gracefully slid through clouds as his beautiful white wings caught the suns rays and reflected them in such a beautiful way. He was up here just to take a look around, and it felt good to stretch his wings every once in a while. This place was odd and even though he was a new comer, a very new comer like he had just arrived, this place seemed dangerous, but interesting and exciting all at the same time.
He flew through the sky wondering what he could uncover with his sight, when low and behold he found The Crimson Elixir. It figured that this kind of place would be the first thing he found of interest. So he quickly landed and as soon as his feet touched the ground his wings vanished. He stretched his arms and legs slightly before walking to the door. He stopped right before his hand touched the handle and blushed.
"I should not be doing this... I have other things I need to do...........oh what the heck a peek inside couldn't do any harm right?"
He asked himself as he blushed at the thought of women, he opened the door slowly and then took a step inside. He pushed his glasses up onto his face, for they were falling down slightly. He noticed all the beautiful women and he was so impressed. It seemed as though all the lades seemed to glance his way and smile. He saw them whispering to one another and he heard things like, *who is he...he sure is cute I would not mind getting my paws on a man like him.* He blushed at that and continued to walk.
He saw a strange man sitting down at a table so he decided to go introduce himself. He walked over their calmly with a little bit of a blush on his face and nodded to the women that glanced his way. He came to his table and bowed his head slightly and then looked back up at him.
"I am Taron Crimson, may I take a seat at this table good sir?"

♠ The Ace looked up at the boy's introduction. His legs were crossed easily, and he grasped one knee with both hands. He was amazed at how many people were willing to give away their names like that. ♠
♠ "I'm sure you may." ♠ ♠ The Ace nodded with amusement. He hadn't seen the boy around before, this raise a red flag that he just ignored. Even though he was neutral at the moment, he was much more at ease in the violent red lights. ♠
♠ "Can you stand on your head?" ♠ He asked suddenly. Looking up with a smile on his face completely out of place within a scene such as this. He was in a downright cheerful mood.

Taron smiled as he quickly managed to lift his hands in the air and balance himself with just his head.
"I think so.."
He smiled once again and then pushed off the floor and landed back on his feet. He decided to take a seat. This man seemed interesting, he wondered what he was like so he wanted to know more. He quickly ordered a drink and then smiled at one of the girls. He really did have a beautiful smile, it was rare to find one like his. It was one of his selling points to girls.
"So I can, now what about you...can you stand on your head good sir."
Taron chuckled slightly and looked around at all the red lights, this place was defiantly amusing. His drink arrived and he took a sip, pleased he thanked the waitress and let her be on her way. "
"This place sure is interesting, its my first time in here."
Taron quickly smiled again and wondered what this man would say next he seemed so random. Taron also wondered if he would give some kind of name for him to call him by.

♠ The Ace had retrieved his teacup, complete with tea, from within the nowhere he kept things. He watched at the boy balanced himself on his head, all the while casually plopping sugar cubes into his cup. The Hatta tilted his head to the side, wondering what he was doing. It was obviously balancing on his head; much less of a challenge than standing on it. ♠
♠ He had just began to take a sip when the question came, and he nearly choked on his tea. He looked up at the boy, his eye's wide and his hat slightly tilted. ♠
♠ "I beg you pardon? Can I what?" ♠ ♠ He had an expression on his face as if he'd just heard something completely ridiculous and awkward. A few of the girls around him giggled again, moving their scantily clad bodies around the Card General, careful not to bump him. ♠

"I asked if you could stand on your head... you asked me the same question so I asked it back."
Taron gave the man a mysterious smile, this man in front of him was defiantly odd. Yet he could be odd at times to so he just went with it. He never had a problem with getting along with anybody really. So thats why he found it so easy just to ask him a question like that. He gave a wide smile to one of the other ladies sitting at the table, and then watched as she slowly inched closer to him.
He took another sip of his drink and began to think of why he was here. He came up with nothing except to protect. That was what he was best at, he was a guardian , a guardian angel. He had no problems with being just that, it was something he strived to be. It was what gave him joy in life.

♠ The Ace looked at him with the same bewildered expression, then turned to one of the ladies beside him to say in something that held no resemblance to a whisper. ♠
♠ "I think he's gone mad. Ravin' loony. Complete basket case..." ♠ ♠ The girl just giggled dumbly, scooting closer to the Ace and leaning hard against his shoulder. The Ace grinned wickedly, bringing one hand to hold the brim of his hat, and the other to point one finger importantly in the air. ♠
♠ "I have a marvelous idea!" ♠ ♠ Quick as a rattlesnake, his arms moved around the girl's waist, and she suddenly found herself moving rapidly through clear air. She let out a strangled yelp of surprise when she landed ungracefully in the boy, Taron's, lap. ♠
♠ "Let's change the subject!" ♠ ♠ The Ace chimed cheerfully, a wide grin on his face. Wide enough, even, to show off his slightly sharp incisors, that might not have belonged on a human, but a dog or cat. ♠
♠ He looked different suddenly, and that was because he was quite suddenly in a new set of clothes. His slacks, shoes, and top hat stayed, just as pristine and important as they had been just a moment before, but his jacket and gloves had disappeared without a trace (much to the ladies approval) and his dress shirt had been suddenly exchanged for a lighter linen one. ♠

Taron was slightly impressed with the sudden change of clothes. He must have been use to getting out of a girls bed and getting dressed before she woke up. He chuckled, he then nodded to the girl in his lap who just so happened to blush as he did so. He was a rather attractive male, he then lightly lifted her off of his lap and set her besides him.
"So what do you want us to talk about then good sir?"
Yea he asked that question, he was ready for a crazy answer, and he wondered how long it would take him before he told him his name. Until then he would just sit there and sip at his tea. He moved one leg over the other and quickly glanced around, he saw many wonders that he would not mind taking to bed. He grinned at the thought then looked back at the man in the hat.
"May I know you name kind sir?"

♠ "Well we could always talk about Nothing. But you seem like the kind of person who will insist we talk about Something, which is a shame really. Since there is infinitely more Nothing than Something, wouldn't you agree?" ♠ ♠ The Ace spoke without missing a beat, sipping regally at his tea again, only to have another near-choking experience when the boy asked what to call him. ♠
♠ It was one thing to be an idiot and give away your name; then quite a different thing to ask for one. The first thing the card thought was this guy was a whole new level of idiot. Probably a moron, or dumbass... ♠
♠ "No." ♠ ♠ He answered it shortly, still recovering a bit, and looking irritatedly down at his half empty teacup. He hadn't tasted a drop of that. It probably needed more sugar. ♠
♠ He began dropping sugar cubes into the tea, the cubes seemingly coming from nowhere at all. He decided to consider the boy more, it wasn't like telling him a name could hurt, since he couldn't remember his real name... well, maybe if he cared enough to try to remember, but he didn't. ♠
♠ Then again there was always a chance he'd guess right if he just pulled a name out of no where. He considered telling the kid to call him Tyki, but the Princess would probably murder him. ♠
♠ "But! If you were to insist on having something to call me, I suppose the next best thing would be Ace." ♠
