Strengths:
His main and only power is that he uses four different forms of telekinesis; Push, pull, self levitation, and control over photons(Light wave/particles). First off, with Jester's push power he can push objects away from him or push away projectiles away. He can even use random objects as his own projectiles. With pull, he can pull objects to him. This leads him to stealing things and such. When it comes to human targets with push and pull, he needs both hands to do any other them and they can't see it coming. This means that the person has to be off guard for push or pull to work on them. If they are ready for it, it would only feel like someone ran into them. He can even use them on himself to make himself faster in speed.
Self levitation is just what it is, he can make himself float in mid air with little effort. His powers over photons of light waves/particles are the most dangers kind. By having them focus into one point on his hands and then letting them go into a energy blast or a energy ball that has the same impact powers of a hand grenade. He can even form energy based knifes, daggers, or swords. But for only a short time. On a side note, Jester has a high endurance.
Weaknesses:
Because he tends to use his telekinesis powers most of the time, he doesn't have high body strengths, and lacks hand to hand fighting. Also, there is a limit to how long he can use his telekinesis powers.
Personality:
In simple terms, Jester is a psycho. He loves to see others in pain and hates Order. The kind of person that just wants everything to burn to the ground and just laugh about it. Jester sees everything has a play thing that he can use like a toy. Disorder and chaos is the only thing that Jester wants in this already crazy world. More of it, the better. This leads to him working for both sides in order push his plans.
A true psycho that loves to hear others in pain and suffer. He does tend to "play" with his food. Often torturing people out of joy. Using his powers to play tricks on his prey. Jester does like to play mind games with others when he's bored and makes bad jokes and puns. One of the main things about him is that he tends to laugh a lot when around others or does it to scare a person. He does get bored quickly but makes his own fun just as quickly. But there is one thing that most people should try not to do and that is to damage or remove his mask. He tends to go all out crazy when this happens. This even means that he would still beat on the person's body after they're dead.
History:
A good part of his childhood was nothing but abuse and work. Being that of an only child for parents that were nothing more than drunks and lazy bums, he was pretty much used to bring in money. From cleaning the house to doing hard work in a village. He was pretty much used as a slave all the time. All this work that they put on him made him slowly pass his limits to no end. When that day came, his telekinesis powers came to. Not to strong but strong enough to get pay back. Burning down the house he once was a slaved to with his parents still inside tied up to burn to death, Jester wasn't seen for so time.
When the time was right, Jester become the person he is today. A person that is no soul what so ever and loves the idea of killing everyone that breathes. To help grow his powers, Jester would go on rampages in small villages, burning, and killing all. From the smallest of babies to the oldest in the village. Always living in the shadows and attacking those who are dumb enough to enter the same woods or forest that he's in. There were times that he would mess around with both armies and attack their small camps. But he soon hopes to get his own way by playing both sides.

Ryuuma hated to be ordered around like a puppy, but as long as he can have some fun, I'll roll over for a treat. As Ryuuma walked down the halls, he had two new arms, and was ready to use them. The sounds of his wooden sandals echoed the halls to get his new orders. A person of his rank doing such little task. Nothing could have been done about it, Ryuuma just needed to bite his time and wait.
Ryuuma came to the spot that he was ordered to come to and to no shock it, Genmu was waiting. "Yoho..... Well well Genmu. What do you need me for? A simple grab and take?" Two small blue flames lit inside of Yuma's eye holes. But he knew that if he was needed, there was a big prey to get to, and maybe a few new body parts to add.
