Cleaning up was the worst part of the entire waiting business especially this little joint. Siral stood near the counter ,broom in hand, staring at the now closed cafe. There was something just eerie about the quietness of the place. he sighed walking from behind the counter knowing he was not going to be having any fun with it. His aqua eyes gazed for the messiest of the messes thinking that if cleaned that first it would let everything wind down. He walked over to the table the witches had visited earlier. He wiped down the table and swept from beneath and then moved on to the next one.
However, as he was moving the sound of something crashing came from behind him. He sighed not in the least surprised in the occurrence; rather he turned to confront the noise. "Come on now. You know I don't appreciate these antics of yours." He turned to clean again but the crashing just got louder and a bit closer. He gripped the broom tighter growing impatient with the entity at hand. He turned toward the room ,but what he saw cause him to jump back in shock. The room seemed to have grown twice the size it had just been before! "Ok this is a new one." he commented scanning the room to find the cause of this.
Slowly he scooted his way toward the counter ,so he could just stash his equipment and wait in the back before proceeding with his cleaning. But whenever he came close to the counter the room would spin beneath his very feet sending the door and counter to the totally opposite side of the room. " You Mr or Mrs. Ghost are a huge pain in my neck. Can you not once just let me clean up in peace?" Almost as though it was answering, Siral heard a few more plates break in the backroom.
"Fine," Siral huffed, "You win. I'll stop cleaning for now. I'll just come back in the early morning to finish cleaning up before the shop opens." He stuck his nose in the air and made his way over to the entrance with the "CLOSED" sign hanging from it. Right now he rather be out running away from foul beasts then dealing with a cumbersome invisible entity. However, upon reaching the door, he found that he couldn't open it. He reached into his pocket to grab the key and then put in the lock and still nothing happened. Siral slammed his hand against the door frame it reverberating beneath his fist. He was losing his patience and since it was quite hard to do that, something was going to happen. "I seriously have not the time for this Mr or Mrs Ghost." He said through gritted teeth. So, giving up he slunk up against the locked door and held his tongue deciding he would wait a few minutes and then try to figure something out.

Footsteps made they're way towards the cafe,a figure with white hair and dressed in red, gold and greyish attire walked through the zigzagging streets.Coming upon the cafe she stopped and curled her nose up at the sign that greeted her,it was closed since when was this cafe ever closed. This was unheard of no ridiculous, this place should be opened all the time and never closed. She raised a foot up towards the door, and with as much force as she could she kicked against it to get someone's attention.
"OPEN THIS DOOR,IN THE NAME OF THE KING".
If that didn't rattle the lock or get someone to dart up,then she would have to use the other way she knew too well.Putting a hand on the hilt of one of her swords, she waited for just a few seconds to see if anyone would answer her.Glancing to the side her eyes fell upon some shadowed figures but ignored them, but upon her lips a sadistic smirk sat there and her eyes narrowed somewhat to give those creatures a warning to stay clear or taste her blade.

Siral was about to go the backroom now that it had been a few minutes since the last bout of shattering had stopped. He got up and brushed himself off a bit to get the dirt from the floor he had yet to sweep come off. Suddenly a large clomp came from behind him startling him into jumping a few steps forward. He turned to here the thunderous words of "OPEN THIS DOOR,IN THE NAME OF THE KING". filter through the door.
"The King?" Siral muttered to himself scratching at his chin. Was this a infiltration? Had he been found out and was being sent to execution by The Red King? Siral laugh a silent mirthless laugh at his own silly thoughts. If that was the case the person from the outside would know something much slier and coy to get him while he wasn't at his "job". And maybe, if things turned out to be an unannounced windfall, he could con this person for information about The King's movements for her majesty the Queen.Calming himself down he went over to the door and tried the handle. Apparently the force of the kick had jiggled the lock out of place so he slowly opened the door t let the King's henchman in.
Upon opening the door, Siral's eyes met with the fair haired woman. "Please come in if it is indeed in the name of the King. Siral opened the door wider for the woman to pass through. "Please close the door behind you as you enter." he said making his way across the room. "What business does the King have that is so urgent to not wait for the cafe to be open? he turned to face the girl his face covered with expression of curiosity. "She looks a bit intimidating. Just play along and you'll be fine ,and if things go wrong you know what to do. He told himself this in his mind waiting for the woman to enter and begin their conversing.

Saphira was about to kick the door open from being kept waiting outside for too long, but stopped when the door opened seeing the figure of a young man there. When he asked her to come in,she didn't hesitate and seemed to walk in as professional as possible. She turned her body slightly and closed the door behind her, then turned back to the young man who seemed to be still addressing her.Taking out her blade she held it foreward towards him,she for one did not like being questioned especially by a mere boy who worked in a cafe such as this.
"Did I say in the name of the king,oh yes I did.New rules by his majesty, this cafe will now stay open longer and if you do not like the rules....I will kill you".
With her free hand she took out a piece of parchment, handing it to the boy.In a way she had come here to deliver this message and in another way she just wanted something to eat, blood and wars we're such a nasty buisness. She kept her sword on him but soon lowered it,what could he do to her anyways since it seemed he wasn't even armed.
"So be a good boy and fetch me something, unless it's my blade you want to taste".

This girl had quite the abrasive personality! After shutting the door she had demanded Siral to have the cafe open later. He smiled kindly and addressed in her in a respectful tone, "This cafe doesn't belong to me ,but for you and the King I shall make the rules bend. There is no need for such bloodshed." He took the parchment from the girl and stowed it in his pocket. He watched the her sword follow his movements as he backed to the kitchens to grab her something to eat. "You look tired from your journey. Why don't you sit down and I'll bring you out your food in just a minute." He called to her at the kitchen door and the ducked in before she could respond.
Inside the kitchen he wondered what to fix for the girl waiting. He compromised with himself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich wouldn't cut it for such a girl. First thing though, he reached for some of the red wine he stashed away for his customers; sometimes the difference between information and impenetrable was just being a little on the buzzed side. He doubted the girl would drink it, but he poured it into a glass for her anyway. Searching around a bit more, he came across from fresh meat that had come in that day, so he sliced it up and then decked it with lettuce, tomatoes, and some hint of ranch. It was his best dish, and he hoped to please her with it. putting the glass and dish on a tray, he nudged open the kitchen door and took it the girl.
"Here you go, mam." he said putting the tray down at the table she was at. He waited for her to start relinquishing her hunger before he started the brigade of questioning. After a few minutes, Siral retrieved the parchment from his pocket and slid it near her try. Pointing at it with his index finger he started off simple, "So could you tell me what this note entails?" He knew first hand that people's slip ups told him more about what he needed to know than a piece of paper ever had.

Kuro decided to pay a little visit to the infamous cafe. Everyone needed a little r&r every once in a while, even the feared blood prince himself. He hadn't checked up on the place for a while anyway, so it was a good chance to see that everyone was doing as told by the Queen. It wasn't really the princes' job to fill out such tasks, but it was fun to have such power over the pitiful civilians and that's all that mattered.
Hands in pockets, Kuro coolly walked up to the small cafe. It didn't matter to him whether it was open or closed (because by now it should have been closed), so upon immediately reaching the entrance Kuro lifted up his leg and kicked in the door with great force. Both shot right open with a loud sound certainly surprising whoever was inside.
"Oh ho,..what do we have here?" He said with a smooth tone. Low and behold inside the cafe stood a worker and an obvious pawn of the King's army. This would be an interesting encounter indeed.
Leaving his hands where they were, Kuro paced closer towards the two but stopped some feet away. With a cold deceiving smile, he glared at the waiter currently in command of this place. Even though he had forced himself in, he knew there shouldn't have been anyone else here. "Why is the cafe open?" After he sputtered out the last word, for a second he shot his glare over to the pawn and then back to the waiter. He did it as a gesture implying 'Why the hell is this filth here'. If she was smart she would catch his hint and return to her puppet master.

"Smart lad...".
That smirk still on her lips she took a seat at one of the tables, leaning back in the chair and putting her feet ontop of the table. There we're two tables side by side and a extra chair then the one she sat in,her eyes watched as he ducked into the kitchen and she chuckled lightly.Watching mere hired help run was so delicious, and seeing them scurry away from her was even more amusing.Taking one of her daggers out she twirled it between her thumb and on her leg lightly, and waited for the other to come out of the kitchen.
After waiting she saw him emerge from the kitchen, setting the meal down on the table.Keeping her feet perched on the one table she only slid one leg off to lean up and grabbed the glass of wine, taking it up in her hand she gave it a small raise to the boy then took a sip. When he spoke again she stopped twirling the dagger, then slid her other leg off the table and looked at him with a look that would send even a rabbit running.
"You read it yourself,I already explained what the king stated".
Her eyes then turned towards the door, seeing them fly open and familiar face enter the cafe.A sadistic laugh escaped from her throat, well low and behold the blood prince himself what better dinner guest then this royal brat.Saphira put the glass of wine down and then aimed the dagger throwing it,but pass the prince into a wall behind him.
"Well if it isn't his royal majesty, run back to mommy I hear she's calling. And this cafe is open, because my king wished it."

Well, she did seem to enjoy the wine. Siral watch her sip at it whilst twisting her dagger. He really thought that she was about to tell him what the note entailed when she pierced him with her sinister gaze. Now, he had seen some sinister glares in his time but this was pretty high up there on the sinisterly frightening scale. He gulped only slightly having mastered this reflex a while ago. He sighed looking back at the girl drumming his fingers against the tabletop. This girls was going to be a tough nut to crack.
However, before he could find a way to draw the information from her, the door broke open having the sound of it echoing through the room. Siral shot a look over to the door to see the Prince standing in the door way. Had someone failed to tell him that today was "Bombard the Cafe after Hours Day"? Siral stared at the dark figure slowly coming towards the table towards him. This defiinatly was not a good thing seeing as it looked like he was chatting with the King's agent. He slowly rested himself on the back of his chair so that the white haired woman and the dark haired prince were both in his view. "Why is the cafe open?" he had asked and so Siral answered.
He listened to the woman giver her explanation of why the cafe was opened and let that ring in the silence for a few seconds before throwing his two cents in. "Technically, Siral began turning his view more fully to the Prince, "The cafe is closed and I was threatened with my life to open up ,and I'm guessing that if you had any proclamation before entering it would have been something simpler ,but I digress." He shrugged a bit leaning back into his chair. "Would you like me to fix you something up?" Siral questioned that politeness was always the best policy.

Kuro felt a vein in his forehead start to throb. The tone in her voice was enough to piss him off so to regain some control he clenched his hand into a fist and then brought it up over his head and smashed it down on the table before him causing it to jump. "..What?" He said annoyed, gritting his teeth. He stared her dead cold in the face, he wasn't going to let someone like her humiliate him.
While they were in a deadlock of menacing auras the waiter had spoke up about the cafe. He had been threatened by the King's pawn to keep it open. Kuro scoffed. "What proclamation?" He said as he walked over to the table and snatched up the said parchment. Kuro quickly read the note and chuckled to himself. He glanced down at the pawn and then slammed it back onto the table with his arm still outstretched holding it down. With a smirk from ear to ear he bent over and looked her directly in the eye. In a charming quiet tone he slowly spoke, "Tell..your..pathetic excuse..for an overlord..to take this garbage..and..stick it up..his arse." Kuro liked to rile people up, and if it was a henchman of the King it just made it more enjoyable. Kuro then turned his attention to the waiter and ignored any response the pawn would have. He closed his eyes and smiled genuinely towards him to only potentially annoy the pawn further. "Sure, that would be lovely."

"Oh did I hit a nerve,i'm not sorry".
Saphira was amused by his reaction, but from making the table jump he had spilled her wine all over and made her meal uneven or rather messy. She didn't flinch when he stared her cold in the face, nor did she show any sign of fear. How typical of a prince to take a harsh remark like that, then turn around and ruin a perfectly good mood. After the little stare off,her eyes went over towards the waiter again then back to Kuro seeing he was a little ticked off her king ordered this dump that filled up with swine and those who we're uglier then the witches and faeries who lived in the How.
"My my getting upset over a little piece of parchment, how exciting".
She stood up from her seat, taking out her blade once more and pointing it at the prince. If he had such a problem with a simple piece of paper, perhaps he should stick it up the King's arse himself. It will only be a matter of the time before her king crushes his kingdom, but first thing was first they needed to crush those rebels who we're full of hope and believed they could take on two powerful forces.Only once more did she glance towards the waiter,a cold stare that seemed to penetrate his very being.
"Clean up this mess, then bring me another order........and you son of the Queen don't frighten me".
Her gaze now back towards him,the tip of her blade still pointed at him.If he wanted to exchange words, then come at her with full force she was willing to take anything from the royal pain in the ass.

It was like watching a cold war the way the tension was flowing through the room. Siral darted his eyes back and forth between the two killers staying silent. He didn't pipe up again until the Prince fellow had questioned about the ordering of keeping the cafe open later than usual by the King. "Well you see sir, the King himself never proclaimed this unto us. It was merely this woman coming in with quite a large sword pointed at my face that caused the act to be followed." He closed his briefly for a second knowing that i f he had said the wrong thing his head might be on the floor in the next instant. He reopened his eyes and watched as the Prince began reading the letter that was to be given to him. Siral really needed to get cracking on reading that to figure out why he had gotten so quiet and ominous over reading a simple piece of paper.
Siral was quite scared for his life to see the Prince smiling at him telling him it would be nice of him to get some food. As he was getting up to do as asked, the woman ,also, told him to get her another helping of the sandwich he had made her for the Prince had knocked it and the wine over whilst pounding the table. The woman had a serious creep factor to her when she asked him to grab her some more morsels. Siral grabbed the paper before retreating back a few steps deciding he better know what was going on before returning to the feuding rivals. "I'll be just a moment with your food Mr. Prince and Mrs ... um Assassin?" He added the question on the end of his statement not truly knowing what the girl's loyalties to the king were. He then bowed at an angle that it showed respect to both of them so one would not feel belittled to the other and thus saving his own neck and quickly darted into the kitchen.
Entering the kitchen Siral prepared the food for the two both making them the same sandwich first ,but thought better of it. They might think he was trying to say they were equal to each other and that just wouldn't do. So, he fixed them both equally good sandwiches just with diffrent aspects like the meat and vegetables. He did ,however, pour them the same wine because it was his best bottle and he wanted to please them both. Placing the tray on a table he finally sat down and retrieved the parchment from his pocket, smoothed it out on the table and began to read it at a brisk pace.
Mr Darful: Your new mission is to travel into the Kingdom of Ice and find a spy for us who has turned traitor against us and is now supplying invaluable information to the Queen and her son the Prince. Use whatever skills and assets you have to find this person. He has many disguises and tricks that have lead us off his path and we have not an idea the form or disguise he is now taking. We know that you have the tongue of a serpent and the wits of one too and can apprehend of the spy and dispose of him. You know the penalty if you should fail either by the enemies or by me.
~ His Majesty The Red King
Mr. Winston Darful was the name he used whilst working for the king. It was a good way for the young snitch to keep up good terms with both the Queen and the King at the same time. However, the content of the note disturbed him a bit. Was this note about talking about himself who worked for the Queen by swinging on both sides or was there an actual rogue spy supplying the much needed information to the Queen not the same as himself? Too many questions for him to find out himself. Shaking his head thinking he should figure it out later, he grabbed the food for the waiting outside and bustled back through the door."Sorry for the wait," he said putting the food down on the table separating the two foes, "It should be quite nice ,both are my specialties he said hoping that the fact he worked for the best possible sandwhich would statisfy them both.

This girl was no fun at all. Nothing really seemed to phase her, but sooner or later she would let her guard down. She stood up and pointed her blade right at his face, but of course Kuro didn't falter one bit. He would have loved to have her strike him right his face, it would be amusing to see her try. "What a dangerous toy you have there." He alleged in a teasing tone. Kuro raised his hand and used two fingers to gently push it away. When it was out of his face, in a split second he pulled out his own sword and met it with hers. The clash of the two metal blades caused a loud sound to vibrate throughout the whole cafe. He let his glare pierce into her while his katana just laid against hers. Kuro smirked, his dark aura grew larger and larger. If she wanted a fight she would sure as hell get one. "Who does the king think he is forcing his nonsense onto our lackeys? Tsk tsk, he should learn where he stands in this world."
The waiter soon came back with both of their entries. Kuro glanced over towards him then back to the pawn who held her blade out. "Hmph." Kuro drew his blade back and let it rest over his shoulder. He walked over to the opposite side of the table away from the puppet, put his sword back in its place at his waist, and then sat himself down in the chair. The food was laid out in front of him along with wine, Kuro just folded his arms and picked his leg up to let it rest over the other.
He closed both of his eyes for a couple of seconds, and then opened them to a slit eyeing the waiter. He addressed him in a commanding tone, "So waiter, who is this 'Mr. Darful'?" The pawn would most likely not answer or not know due to her inferiority, so Kuro thought it would be best to ask the receiver. The King was a joke to think to send such a letter. Awaiting his answer, Kuro picked up the glass of wine and began swishing it around his hand before taking a sip.

"All the better to run you through with".
Her eyes never left him for a momment, even when he pushed her blade aside. At the sound of metal against metal she had to admit for a momment she felt a twinge of fear tug right at her neck,a lone soldier like her even with all her pretty words could never take on the Blood Prince alone one on one. That would be writing your own death warrant, and your own name in blood. The vibration from the metal hitting eachother, went down to the hilt of her sword but all she did was glare at him trying to give a meaner colder stare.
"And you should learn where you stand in this world, mommy won't always be there for you".
She scoffed when he pulled his blade back, then retreated and sat down.Saphira put her blade back by her side in it's sheath then took a seat once more, tucking some stray hair behind her ear she just glared at the wine in front of her then glanced back up towards the waiter.A brow quirked when he had read the letter so fast, she also wondered who this Mr.Darful was.Could it be a spy of the Queen or of the King himself, not even she knew all the King's spies that went and left the castle to gather information.
"Answer the question".
She then took up her own glass of wine, swished the contents around in the glass then took a sip.Her eyes now cast to the side,as much as she wanted to smear the prince's blood on the wall and write"Long live the Red King" in bold letters she knew it just wasn't going to happen.

Siral had delivered the food and then watched them not even take a bite of it. How rude he yelled in his mind's voice ,but of course, he held his tongue on such a trivial manner as this. They were drinking the wine though which means they didn't think it was poisoned or anything. A good sign ... at least he thought so. Then ,however, the obvious question popped up:
"So waiter, who is this 'Mr. Darful'?" and the reply, "Answer the question"
Well this was quite the predicament for Mr. Quinton. On the one hand he could tell the truth and have the threat of being speculated as a double traitor ,and on the other he could lie and hoped they believed him and his alibi. He drummed his fingers across the table and slowly looked at the woman and the swiveled his head to the Prince. "Well that's quite a difficult to answer actually, he started throwing together some ideas in his head.
He then decided that this could be a key opportunity to see how far he could go with his persuasiveness. He smiled slyly slightly standing there looking at the two and closed his for but half a moment putting it together in his hand. When he was completely satisfied with the half baked scheme in his head Siral then began to tell them the answer to the question.
"Mr Darful is dead. he lied but evoked his tone to carry an air of truth, "I was paid to do what he asked of me. I didn't ask question I just did. He played both sides of the war for his own personal gain and was doing quite well with it without being tied down by one organization or the other. However, mistaking an informant with someone else he let slip something or another and you get the picture." Of course, his own loyalties were to the Queen who was going to help him get back to his sister ,but this Mr. Darful was clever way to both get out of having to find the double agent if it wasn't himself and ,also it provided an excuse to be seen with the letter without the two in front of him accusing him of anything. "That's all I know."

The pawn had strong words but could she back it up? Kuro would have to take that up with her later, but for now he was awaiting the waiter's answer.
Kuro continued to finish up the rest of the wine in the glass as he listened to the boy's response. It was interesting and seemed like something Kuro would have to keep in mind. "Hmm." He said to himself. Kuro placed his empty glass down gently and closed his eyes to recall his thoughts. With a quick unexpected motion, Kuro stood up and drew his blade and then sliced it into the middle of the table before him. He smiled slightly and with a deceivingly gleeful tone he calmly spoke, "I'll have you know I'm no fool Mr. Waiter, but if what you speak is the truth I'll hold you to it." He added a bit of emphasis onto the last part, basically implying 'if you're lying, I will kill you'. Kuro pulled his blade out of the table and placed it back in it's rightful place at his side. He drove his glare into him again for a quick second, then sat back down and turned his attention towards his meal that was prepared for him. Kuro had expected a different answer at first, if someone receives such a parchment from royalty (even if it was the blasphemous king) it would be a given that the note was intended for them. Kuro didn't really care for such matters anyway. The King could kill off the informant for all he cared, Kuro would kill him himself if it meant getting to him before the King. It would show that he and his mother didn't need such sources to take him down, how humiliated would he feel if his own traitor was sent back bloodied and mangled?
Kuro smiled to himself thinking about such a situation happening. He picked up the sandwich the waiter brought and bit into it. It wasn't great, but it wasn't disgusting either. Kuro wasn't one for the food here, actually he hardly ate food like this at all. All Kuro really cared for was meat. But food was food, and it replenished him. His expression didn't change as he devoured it, the waiter's job was to the bring the food so why would he thank him or express any sort of gratitude? The meal would have been better soaked in the pawn's blood. Now that would be something he could delightfully savor.
