The shinobi world has changed, but is it truely for the better.The last 200 years have definitely boosted the shinobi world to new heights.Each village has grown, including the lesser lands.Old and long forgotten clans have returned to the light day and restablished themselves in the shinobi world.Peace has been the number one policy everywhere, but it is always calm before the storm arrives.
Hidden away a new organization of schemers,murderers and criminal masterminds is growing with only one goal in mind, watching the world burn.Their numbers remain unknown as they lurk the shadows around every corner taking the lives of village leaders one by one.Crime has begun to pick up and village leaders are becoming anxious as this is very well only the beggining of the end for them.For now however All that can be done is to watch and wait for the spark that will ignite the unyeilding flames of chaos.When that time comes will you be able to douse the flames or will you be the one spreading them?
