The organizations of the world rejoiced. They’d won; all the evil of the world had been confined, to the best of their knowledge, to a small island, scratched from the maps. Blood sucking murderers, strange human-like creatures who changed shape, and those who allied with the forces of magic were placed on the island known only as Project Nyx. Everything went smooth; everything was calm, so much so that eventually the human creators of the City of Evil forgot that they had even created it.
Nyx was and is as efficient as a death camp. Supernatural creatures were brought to die, and undesirable humans fed as the occasional bread and water until the patrol officers disappeared to leave every inhabitant of Nyx for dead. If the disease doesn’t kill, your own species might. Dog eat dog has never been quite so literal.
What we’re offering:
With a unique setting where all creatures have the same chance of living, Nyx provides an intermediate to advanced roleplay community that’s brand new and not affiliated with any book series, movie, or author. The original setting can be adapted by players who are able to adopt their own shops, buy housing, create packs, gangs, and their own plots.
The special demon setting works in the favor of giving players the ability to design their own appearances for demons, and the detailed therianthrope and vampire listings give players a full insight to the world at hand so that everyone can be on the same page.
There’s a money system to reduce players’ ability to powerplay their supernatural creatures, as well as an unknown vampire history which makes creating “the first vampire” impossible.
There are adoptable canon characters as well as originals to choose from, and friendly administration that are willing to answer any question with a smile!
Children of Nyx has some password protected boards which are R rated, as the site is rated mature for potentially graphic scenes. Please be advised.
